Midgets Win It All at Northumberland Tournament!
Submitted By Webmaster on Tuesday, February 5, 2019
Our Beeton Stingers Midget team travelled to Port Hope and Cobourg this past weekend and came home with another victory!
Friday night they played Northumberland Nighthawks Yellow and claimed their first game with a 4-0 win. Saturday our Stingers started off playing Northumberland Nighthawks Grey at 1pm and won 4-1. Second  game of the day was against St. Paul's Pride and was very exciting and intense to watch! Our midgets played hard and pulled through with a 4-3 win! Semi-final game was at 9pm against Langton Leafs, our Stingers came through again with a 3-2 win to finish off the day!
The final game Sunday was against Sturgeon Lake and our boys played hard finishing with a 3-2 victory! Awesome effort by all players, way to go Stingers!
